Our vision

People need nature more than ever in our busy, hi-tech lives: to refresh our spirits, improve health and well-being and bring greater peace of mind.  At the same time our precious wild landscapes are under increasing pressure and need people to care about and help to look after them.

We strive to re-connect people with nature in their local area: by engaging them in decisions, resolving conflicts of opinion, building a greater sense of ownership, forming local community and volunteer groups to help take care of it and developing grant funding bids and other funding packages to help finance it.

Nature and people are both equally important to us and are central to everything we do.
